1. What’s Included

Each rental includes:

  • Drop off and pickup of the container
  • Disposal of container contents up to the weight included with your order
     (Overage fees apply for additional weight beyond the included limit.)
  • Our standard rental includes 14 days.
    • Containers kept beyond 14 days will be subject to an additional daily fee starting on the 15th day.

2. Delivery & Space Requirements

  • Please ensure at least 60 feet of clear, level space for delivery and pickup.
  • Keep the area free of vehicles, low wires, or other obstacles.

3. Protecting Your Driveway

We recommend placing wood or plywood sheets under the container’s wheels or points of contact to help prevent surface marks. Due to the nature of drop off and removal, the weight of the container or the truck dropping it off may cause scratches, cracks, or surface damage. Please be aware that by proceeding with a rental with us it is taken into account that we are not responsible for any damages caused by the service we provide.

4. Acceptable Materials

Our containers are intended for general waste, household and construction debris. The following materials should not be placed in the container:

  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Paints, liquids, or chemicals
  • Batteries, or appliances containing refrigerants
  • Dirt, rock, concrete, or clean fill (ask about a container for these specific materials!)

If you’re unsure about whether or not it’s safe to place a specific material in the container, we’re just a phone call or text away to assist!

5. Overloading & Weight Limits

  • Do not fill containers above the rim.
  • Overweight or overfilled containers may result in additional charges or service delays to ensure safe hauling.

6. Trip Fees

If our driver cannot safely drop off or pick up a container due to blocked access, insufficient space, or unsafe conditions, a trip fee may apply.
